Terms of Service

These terms cover the BDRM mobile app, the web app at create.bdrm.app, and this site, all operated by Shroozy Ltd. By using BDRM you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use BDRM. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Subscriptions and credits

BDRM Pro is sold as a weekly or yearly subscription. Each plan includes an allowance of credits that you spend on generating cover art, video and stem splits. Different tools cost different amounts, shown in the app before you confirm.

• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time through your Apple or Google account settings, or through the billing portal for web purchases. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Failed generations. If a generation fails through our fault, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Price changes. We will tell you before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not want to continue.

Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple and Google under their own policies — we cannot process those refunds ourselves. For web purchases, or if something has clearly gone wrong, email support@bdrm.app and we will sort it out.

Who owns what

Your uploads

Anything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you. That permission ends when you delete the file or your account.

What you create

Artwork, video and stems you generate with BDRM are yours to use, including commercially — put them on releases, merchandise, videos, anything. We claim no ownership over your output and take no cut of what it earns.

One honest caveat: AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in some countries, and similar prompts can produce similar results for other people. We cannot promise your output is unique or that you can register it as your own copyright.

Ours

The BDRM name, logo, app and website remain ours. Nothing here gives you the right to copy or resell the service itself.

What you may not do

• Upload material you do not have the rights to, including other people's music, artwork or photographs.
• Create sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses, defames or impersonates a real person.
• Upload someone's face to a face-swap tool without their permission.
• Generate content that is illegal where you live, or that incites violence or hatred.
• Resell BDRM's output as a competing generation service.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or work around credit limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

Availability

We aim to keep BDRM running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and tools that depend on third-party AI providers may be paused if a provider goes down or changes its terms. If we retire a feature you have paid for, we will offer a fair remedy.

Liability

BDRM is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending it

You can stop using BDRM and delete your account at any time from Edit Profile in the app. We may close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will notify you in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use BDRM after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country.
